Remember when snowboarding was edgy? Mainstream news media only care about Burton now because snowboarding is such a big business. There’ve been more than a few skateboards out there that would have been deemed way more offensive if their graphics were made into t-shirts and sold at CostCo.
Smart move Burton. You can make boards for beginners, the over 40 set and the cool shop kids if you do it right.
I’m kinda jealous.

I can understand the whole ‘edgy’ thing as I’ve grown up as a skateboarder and now snowboarder. The thing is, nobody sees the bottom of a skateboard so it’s cool. EVERYONE can see the bottom of a snowboard when you’re going up a lift. So in my opinion it’s so not cool.
Sexist and inappropriate for kids riding under a lift. I’m not a fan.

Don’t see that much harm in this. The kids these days see more than that on tv, online, and the texts they send back and forth to each other. Our country makes way to big of a deal about nudity. The nude body is not a bad thing. I think Burton did a nice job with these.
